Convinced that nutrition forms a cornerstone with training in achieving your different goals, I decided to train myself in this area. Thus, depending on your profile, your objectives, your intolerances, and your type of diet, I can also offer you a weekly food plan with the rations and distribution of the different nutrients, but also examples of typical recipes to put in place.
Not a fan of food supplements and processed products, I think on the contrary that it is possible to meet your metabolic needs with a natural and varied diet.
